Consulting

To this end, we provide advice and support in all phases, from planning and embedding into overall architectures up to deployment and operation.

Project management

Based on 15 years of experience in managing national and international projects we lead your project to success. Already in the planning phase of a raster server we provide our holistic views and detailed knowledge. You benefit from experience and know-how of our experts, shrink your time and cost plans - and is easy on your nerves.

In the project execution phase we emphasize a focused approach iand high service quality, based on precise requirements for project organization, communication, and documentation.

Support

We offer full support for all rasdaman versions, tailored to your needs. By way of a development and support contract all effort spent on your installation can be billed flexibly and transparently, be it assistance in application issues, smaller development items, deploying patches, or updating installations.

• First-Level Support for end users and portal oeprators. We trace your problem and solve it; should additional effort be required, we will inform you in advance and offer fair and transparent pricing.
• Second-Level Support for service providers, e.g., in cases where they have to secure their warranty offers.
• Third-Level Support. As the project leader of rasdaman Community we can take care of a focused, timely implementation of your requirements.

Installation

Leave it to us to dive into the ocean of system installation! One of the three variants will be suitable for you:

• For an on-site installation we come to your premises and install and configure the software. This approach is preferred for situations where access from outside is not feasible or if the hardware is difficult to transport. In combination with a workshop you reap double benefit from your investment.
• Remote installation via secure access (ssh) is the cost-efficient standard today. Likewise, this is the best means for subequent maintenance.
• Installation on hardware provided is what we do if you send us your server machine. Following installation, configuration, and test (possibly using your test data provided to us) you receive a ready-made geo data infrastructure.
